The Metaphysical

This unique piece is an homage to metaphysical artist Giorgio de Chirico. Although you could play it if you wanted (it sounds rather beautiful), this thing is not just a guitar: This is pure unconscious made into a sculpture.

“People ask me why I put a mannequin’s hand in there, or a smoking pipe, or violin parts,” Leo says. “And the answer is always the same: I have no idea.”

And that’s how it’s supposed to be. Metaphysical art speaks in a dream-like language, creating an imaginary world dislocated from conventional time and space, intertwined with the workings of the unconscious mind.
